CardioConversion is a fitness utility application that converts workout distances between different types of cardio equipment. The App provides estimated conversions based on general fitness principles and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Important: The App is not intended to provide medical advice. The conversion ratios and calorie estimates are approximations and may not be accurate for all individuals.

Individual results may vary based on fitness level, body composition, and effort
We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from use of the App

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a premium upgrade that provides additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by CardioConversion
Premium features are tied to your Apple ID or Google account
You may restore your purchase on any device using the same account

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements through third-party ad networks. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Distribute or share the App in any unauthorized manner

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CardioConversion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDIOCONVERSION AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
